“I have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a Masters in Holistic Nutrition, and teach yoga and Pilates. I have worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics, outpatient pediatric settings and various studios. I take pride in the variety of patients I have worked with including babies with torticollis, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy to big wave surfers, high school and pro athletes, pre and post natal mommas, and the weekend warrior. When I am not in the studio you can usually find me in the kitchen cooking or on the beach with my pack.
My goal is to give people the tools they need in order to build healthy habits and to ultimately live a balanced lifestyle. Creating a positive environment around exercise, movement, food, learning to think about ingredients and where they come from, and being mindful of what your body needs are just a few of the topics I hope to encourage through my page.
