Physical Therapy Packages

 Initial Evaluation: Includes a 60-minute evaluation, a written plan of care, and an initial home program with exercises, stretches and a written plan.  During the initial evaluation I look at the whole body and Asses dysfunction from the bottom with patient interview, tests and measures, and differential diagnosis.

 Treatment Session: Includes 45 minutes of treatment with manual therapy, exercise, stretches, and adjustments to the home program.  Treatment sessions are designed to get patients into safe movement with emphasis on restoring movement and decreasing pain.
